Freeman's annual Executive Retreat — a senior leadership gathering built around a single boardroom working session and high-touch hospitality for a compact, senior group.
This is a leadership meeting, not a large incentive. The footprint is deliberately small: 25 rooms on peak, a 25-person boardroom on the two full working days, and an emphasis on privacy, service, and a sense of place.
What matters: reliable winter airlift, a true ski-town or mountain-resort setting, a boardroom that comfortably seats 25, access to team-building activities, chef-inspired menus, and partners willing to protect rate and attrition.
